This leg involves 2 changes. You first need to take the bus from Lulea to Tornio (2h30 ; 20€), then another bus from Tornio to Kemi (0h30 - 0h50; <10€) and finally the S35 train from Kemi to Rovaniemi (1h15 ; 12-20€).
